“A look at emotional eating”
Let’s pop the lid on avoidance together. In a safe and supportive setting, you will learn to identify and tolerate some difficult emotions, to uncover some disruptive patterns and explore new ways of getting your needs met.
This five-day residential program is led by the GIT Faculty. Participants will engage in individual and group sessions and experience a variety of creative modalities. An excellent opportunity for those who wish to consolidate previous Gestalt (or similar) experience and want an intensive personal change process. You will join with GIT students who are completing their training.

This Gestalt therapy program has been ongoing for the past 10 years. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals to be introduced to or to revisit the Gestalt method. Expect some changes and enjoy the creativity and excitement of working with others committed to personal growth.
