    • It is Hard to Play Slow
      . . . the mindfulness of sensory awareness and the magic of Gestalt Do you find yourself rushing through your life? In this workshop, participants will attend to the moment-to-moment journey of living. You will experience the spaciousness possible in the moment and discover how the habitual becomes fresh with sensing. You will have support for what emerges in the process. The approach provides particular benefit for those who live with angst, distractibility and body pain.

    • The Trouble with Anger…
      Anger is the most misunderstood of all emotions. In this program, you will learn to make active use of this forceful energy; through the Gestalt approach, your aggression is considered essential for change. You will delight in the satisfaction that honest and direct encounter can provide. This program is offered twice-a-year; take one session or both.

    • Through the Eyes of a Stranger
      In this program, the leaders will utilize digital video to capture images of you for the purpose of receiving and processing feedback. This interesting modality and the Gestalt approach will combine to interfere with and modify how you see yourself, interact with others and participate in your life. The video is for therapy purposes only and will be erased following each session.
