The Gestalt Clinic
It is time to call a therapist when you suspect that a reoccurring difficulty is part of a bigger problem. Sometimes a big change in life, such as buying a house, job transition, or the death of a loved one brings out unexpected personal difficulties. Maybe you have read a self-help book or talked to a friend and still find yourself stuck. Or you are ignoring the problem altogether hoping it will disappear.
When you are ready to have less regret, more clarity and a greater acceptance of yourself and others, call the Gestalt Clinic.

Why Gestalt?
In its purest application, Gestalt therapy addresses only what is happening in the moment. It is a present-centred and experiential approach to personal change. Through living in the present you are able to take responsibility for your responses and actions. To be fully present in the here and now offers you more excitement, energy and courage to live life directly.
