Graduate Led Workshops

The graduates of The Training Program continue their dedication and commitment to Gestalt practice, developing and leading workshops and bringing Gestalt into their respective communities. Graduates have completed four+ years of training and a minimum of 150 hours of supervised clinical hours. Many also have private practices.

Pre-registration is required to hold your space.

Hungry or Not Here I Come
A look at emotional eating
Let’s pop the lid on avoidance together.  In a safe and supportive setting, you will learn to identify and tolerate some difficult emotions, to uncover some disruptive patterns and explore new ways of getting your needs met.
