Money is an integral part of our lives. We can't live without it! If this is bringing up strong emotions, you're not alone.
In this workshop you'll explore your relationship with money and unpack some of the feelings, beliefs, and attitudes that drive your behaviour around money. Using a somatic and relational approach, learn how money has played a role in your life, how it may have affected your choices, agency in the world and your sense of self.
